Hi, I’m Deb and this is Point You Fit!
After a long career in recruitment I have followed my absolute passion for health & fitness. I run outdoor group training classes in Lower North Shore. The classes are inclusive of all fitness levels and vary from cardio, strength and core. Each time you will experience a different, full body work out for one hour. The classes are good fun and a great work out for those looking to get results.
Point You Fit is a community not just a fitness class. I run challenges, socials and will work closely with you to ensure you are hitting your fitness goals and keep you accountable. I can help you set realistic goals with no fads or cutting of corners.
As a busy mum of 2, I get it. Life can get crazy and often your health & fitness is pushed down the list of priorities. You will never regret a work out. My goal is to empower you to feel strong, fit and incorporate a consistent training program into your daily routine.
My own fitness background is a lifetime of sport from hockey, rugby and soccer to running multiple half marathons and marathons. I enjoy strength & conditioning training, soccer and long walks with my dog.
