Point You Fit Personal Training offer fun group training sessions for all fitness levels in a supportive environment. At our sessions you will work hard for 1 hour but we usually have a lot of laughs along the way. Everyone is made to feel welcome.
All sessions are for 1 hour and are a mixture of strength, cardio and core fitness. The classes are designed to be fun and suit the needs of the clients. No session will be the same, variety helps to keep things challenging and fun. We use a range of equipment, body weight and the great outdoors to provide a varied work out.
Boxing on a Wednesday at 9am is focusses on boxing for fitness and suitable for all levels of fitness and ability.
